Our door is open to anyone with an open mind.
We operate across two buildings, where you will find several production workshops, each specializing in different activities. Whether you enjoy working with machines, precise manual assembly, or logistics, you will find your place with us.
CNC Machines & Machining
Operating modern CNC machining centers and lathes, working according to technical documentation, and inspecting manufactured parts.
Assembly & Completion
Precise manual work including cable harness modification, connector assembly, soldering, crimping, and more.
Warehouse & Logistics
Receiving materials, supplying production lines, and dispatching finished products.
Quality Control & Development
Product testing, measurement, quality control, and the development of new technological procedures and solutions.

Lenka
Cable Harness Production Manager
Lenka joined Teneo in 2025 as a Project Manager for the newly established wire harness production division. She was involved in building the department from the very beginning, which gave her a detailed understanding of the individual processes as well as the overall operation of the production facility.
When the opportunity arose to take over the management of the new operation, she didn’t hesitate. Today, she coordinates the entire department—from the warehouse and production planning all the way to the final output.
However, it’s not just the variety of tasks that she enjoys about her role. For her, production is primarily about people. She is in constant contact with the manufacturing teams, addressing situations as they arise and finding solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the entire production process.
It is precisely this frequent communication and collaboration with people that she finds truly fulfilling in her work.
Petr
Lead CNC Setter and Programmer
Petr joined Teneo in 2006 on a friend’s recommendation, starting out as a CNC machine operator. However, he soon became interested not only in the machining itself, but also in machine setup and finding ways to continuously improve production processes.
He gradually worked his way up to his current role, and for over 15 years now, he has been working as a setup technician for Swiss-type CNC automatic lathes, commonly known as “Swiss machines.”
In his work, he highly values the degree of independence, the opportunity to test different procedures, and the search for new technical solutions that individual orders require.
He finds the greatest satisfaction when everything is set up perfectly and production runs exactly as it should. At Teneo, he also appreciates the opportunity to work with modern technologies and state-of-the-art machinery.
Jan
CNC Setter and Programmer
Jan first became acquainted with Teneo during his high school years while completing his vocational training here. It was only natural that his first career steps after graduation led him right back, and in 2010, he joined the company as a machine operator in the production department.
Over time, his focus increasingly shifted toward programming machine tools. Based on technical documentation, he develops programs for the manufacturing of precision parts and helps ensure that production runs smoothly.
He has a long-standing interest in new technologies and modern machining methods, which he applies in his daily work at Teneo.
He is constantly looking for ways to simplify processes, increase production efficiency, and drive things forward.
Marie
Production Operator (Drone Components Specialist)
Marie joined Teneo in 2017 as a metal production worker. When the company began expanding its manufacturing to include drone components, an opportunity opened up for her to explore a completely new area. Thanks to her soldering experience and natural manual dexterity, she quickly integrated into the new field.
Although it presented a new challenge at first, she gradually mastered the necessary skills and found her niche in this specialization. Today, she contributes to the production of wire harnesses for drone technologies.
What she values most about her work is the ability to see the tangible results of her efforts.
Her manual dexterity and strong attention to detail—qualities she also hones through hobbies like wire jewelry making and beading—enable her to excel in a role that demands a high degree of precision and meticulousness.
We believe that modern manufacturing is built on continuous development and the utilization of new technologies.
That is why we collaborate with vocational schools and universities, support technical education, and participate in research projects that help push manufacturing forward. We show future technicians that manufacturing can be clean, progressive, and highly engaging.
We collaborate with the Technical University of Liberec on research related to plastic materials and their testing. Connecting the academic environment with industrial practice helps us discover new solutions and develop technologies that we subsequently use in production.
We partner with the Secondary Industrial School of Technology in Jablonec nad Nisou, offering students the opportunity to gain professional experience directly in our production environment. We also support technical education here materially—for example, we donated an industrial robot to the school, which helps students gain hands-on experience with automation and robotics.
