Teneo 3000 s.r.o. is a Czech mechanical engineering company, established on November 20, 2002, upon registration in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem (Section C, File 19017). The company is currently headquartered at Hlavní 986, Smržovka (Jablonec nad Nisou District, ZIP 468 41), and conducts its operations from its own privately owned premises in the town of Smržovka.
The core business of Teneo 3000 s.r.o. is the development and production of multi-pole connectors and connector assemblies, as well as the manufacturing of turned parts, primarily for customers in the electrical engineering industry. The company operates using modern Swiss-type automatic lathes, CNC machine tools, and other advanced machining and assembly technologies. We serve customers from both the Czech Republic and abroad, carrying out all our activities in strict compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
To manufacture our products, we utilize our own specialized equipment and also collaborate with trusted external suppliers. When selecting and evaluating these partners, we focus primarily on the criteria we consider essential for our own operations. We want our customers to inherently associate our name with high-quality products, while we simultaneously minimize the environmental footprint of our activities to the lowest possible level.

Teneo 3000 s.r.o. is deeply committed to the continuous improvement and refinement of our Quality Management System and Environmental Management System. We implement both corrective and preventive measures to eliminate or mitigate the environmental impacts of our operations, ensuring the ongoing enhancement of our integrated quality and environmental management system. Furthermore, the company is committed to complying with all applicable legislative requirements—not only those of the Czech Republic, but also of the European Union and any other countries where we operate or conduct business.
The strategic direction of the company is the development and production of new products in the field of electrical system interconnections, which will deliver greater added value compared to the current product portfolio. The company strives to achieve this through product innovation, driven both by its own initiative and by market demand. The company focuses on custom manufacturing and development within specialized market segments that are not suitable for large-scale mass production.
For the upcoming period, the company’s management has committed to continuously improving the quality of the products supplied to customers. In the area of environmental protection, the company aims to reduce its ecological footprint by minimizing the undesirable by-products generated by its operations.
