The TEX Series is derived from the TENEO TSL Series general purpose connector that has earned a reputation for performance and quality in the Industrial and Marine, Oil and Gas Markets. TEX connectors are certified for use in a Zone 1 Gas IIC and Dust 21 environments with IP68 environmental sealing characteristics and T6 temperature class.
All machined aluminum parts finished with a hard, scratch-resistant coating per MIL-A-8625, Type III. Dielectric strength 1800 volts. Heat resistance of 400° C.
A full range of contact inserts for power, signal and mixed applications are available. All are interchangeable and reversible to suit specific needs. Wide variety of Ex cable glands are available for TEX series connectors.

TENEO’s TSL heavy duty connector series are designed to withstand the rugged environment of the Marine, Oil and Gas industry. This family of connectors has made a major contribution to the successful interconnection power systems as well as offshore petroleum production for power distribution and data acquisition.
The specific materials and design features incorporated in TSL line connectors were originally selected to satisfy the stringent requirements of the Aerospace industry for heavy-duty connectors. These connectors combine electrical and mechanical capabilities that equal or exceed the performance parameters established by the Military Specification MIL-5015.

TNR-POWER connectors were specially developed for the mining industry. The connectors are designed for transmitting high power at a voltage up to 1000 V AC or DC current up to 1135 Amperes. They are designed to continuously carry forward the great electrical performance in the most extreme conditions.
Typical applications are connections between units and distribution stations and between substations and high performance appliances, such as traction motors, sludge and mud pumps, cement pumps, drilling tables and towers.
The highly resistant elastomer of connector bodies used is able to withstand extreme climatic conditions, harsh handling, oil substances, mud and salt water. The shape of the connector body is designed to meet the highest demands of water and dust resistance (IP68). The housing production includes aluminium which enables to maintain low weight and stability during temperature fluctuations. Protect the housing surface from scratching and corrosion by means of several layers of powder applied varnish.
We produce connector bodies and housings in various colors for easy identification and higher safety.

BN, BS series and BNG airtight series circular multipole connectors are designed for use in control, automation and telecommunication systems, stationary and mobile devices, signalling-related applications and remote control, and also in heavy industry. They are valued for their durability and high level of climatic resistance.
These connectors are designed for use in instrumentation systems working with low voltages up to 50 V.
The connector design allows live circuits to be connected and disconnected, but not with current load. The insulation housing of the BNG airtight series is permanently sealed in the flange section using a rubber ring.
For example BS series connectors can be found in flight instruments of light transport aircrafts.

VS circular multipole connectors are designed for use in control, automation and telecommunication systems, stationary and mobile devices, signalling and remote control applications, and also in heavy industry. They are valued for their durability and high level of climatic resistance.
Contact couplers are silver or gold plated and carry current of up to 5 A at 120 V~. The body is made up of cast aluminium with the possibility of using up to 32 contacts. The construction ensures a high level of mechanical durability. Connection: threaded coupling nuts can be sealed.
The connector design allows live circuits to be connected and disconnected, but not with the current load applied to all pins at the same time.
For example VS series connectors are used for connecting flight instruments in Czech and Polish aircraft & drones, both military and civil.

RWN series connectors are designed for connecting and disconnecting electrical circuits in radio and electrical engineering or in devices working with DC and AC at a maximum frequency of 3 MHz.
Both connector parts, receptacle and plug, are designed to be mounted onto a cable. RWN connectors consist of
a receptacle with sockets and a plug with pins. Connection is achieved by plugging a plug into a receptacle.
The connector housing is made from an anodised aluminium alloy. The contacts are made from a copper alloy – silver plated; they are fitted in a thermosetting insulator. The contacts have terminals for soldering wires.
A connected RWN connector can be further protected with a rubber cover. The cover is put tightly onto the connector, ensuring the tightness of the connected connector and protecting it from accidental disconnection.

The ZGT telecommunication connectors for the mining industry are designed for connecting and disconnecting electrical circuits, especially when surrounded by methane and when used in subsurface mining telecommunication facilities. They can also be used in environments with potentially explosive chemicals, in the chemical industry and in other similar environments.
These connectors are intrinsically safe, in compliance with the PN-84/E-08107 and PN-83/E-08110 standards and meet the technical requirements of the WT-89/MPM-13-35112 standard.
All ZGT series connectors are hermetic. Connector housings are made of brass (nickel plated) and provide protection from mechanical damage and over-voltage inside the connector.
